Yes. FitNovex subscriptions are capacity-based, so upgrading is a controlled operational change rather than a migration. When your gym needs higher member or trainer limits, you can move to the next plan from your FitNovex account. The platform itself does not change — only the capacity envelope assigned to your workspace increases.
Your existing members, trainers, attendance history, subscriptions, reports, and settings remain intact. There is no data wipe, no re-import, and no requirement to rebuild schedules or member records. Daily operations continue without interruption while the new limits take effect.
Billing is adjusted from the upgrade point according to your selected plan and billing cycle. You keep the same Owner, Trainer, and Member apps, the same cloud workspace, and the same security model. FitNovex is designed so growth never forces you to switch systems mid-operation.
