FitNovex collects information in a few distinct categories:

• Account information — name, email, phone number, and password, provided when a gym owner, trainer, or member creates an account.
• Business information — gym name, address, branch details, and staff structure, provided by the gym owner during registration and setup.
• Operational data — member records, attendance logs, membership and subscription status, and trainer assignments, entered and generated through normal use of the platform.
• Payment metadata — subscription plan, billing cycle, and transaction status. Card and payment credential details are handled directly by the payment gateway a gym enables, not stored by FitNovex.
• Usage and device data — general information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, used to keep the platform reliable and secure.

Information is collected to operate the core functionality gym owners, trainers, and members rely on — account access, attendance tracking, member and trainer management, subscription billing, notifications, and reporting. Usage data helps us maintain platform reliability and identify issues before they affect a gym's daily operations.

• To provide and maintain the FitNovex Platform, Owner App, Trainer App, and Member App.
• To process subscription billing and communicate account status.
• To send operational notifications relevant to a user's role.
• To provide customer support when requested.
• To improve platform reliability, performance, and security.

FitNovex does not sell personal information to third parties, and does not share gym operational data across separate, unrelated gym accounts.

Depending on your role and location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information associated with your account.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Object to certain uses of your information.

Operational data (members, attendance, trainer assignments) is retained for as long as a gym's subscription is active, so business owners keep full access to their own historical records. Following cancellation, data is retained for a limited period to allow for account recovery or reactivation, after which it is removed in line with FitNovex's data handling practices.
