Terms & Conditions

FitNovex provides access to the Owner App, Trainer App, and Member App as a connected subscription service. Access is granted per gym account, with roles (owner, trainer, member) determining what each user can view or manage.

• Account holders are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
• Gym owners are responsible for the accuracy of business, member, and trainer information entered into the platform.
• Owners are responsible for managing which trainers and staff have access to their account.
• FitNovex should be notified promptly of any suspected unauthorized account access.

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at signup, on either a monthly or yearly cycle. Plan limits (branches, members, trainers) are defined by the selected subscription tier, as described on the Pricing page. Upgrading a plan takes effect immediately; downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Use of FitNovex must not involve:

• Attempting to access another gym's account or data without authorization.
• Uploading unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content or member information.
• Interfering with the normal operation or security of the platform.
• Reselling or redistributing platform access outside of an authorized subscription.

FitNovex is provided as a cloud-based service and is intended to be available on an ongoing basis. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally require brief downtime, which is communicated where practical in advance. See Service Level Information for more detail on maintenance and support expectations.

FitNovex may suspend an account for non-payment, violation of acceptable use, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where practical, account holders are notified before suspension and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Gym owners may cancel their subscription at any time from the Owner App. FitNovex may terminate an account for sustained violation of these terms. Termination does not entitle either party to a refund beyond what is described in the Refund Policy.

Billing is processed through the payment methods enabled for a given region, as shown at checkout. Failed payments may result in a grace period followed by account suspension if not resolved.

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date on this page.
